If you prefer things to be simple and uncomplicated, we are also happy to take on the assembly of individual components into finished assemblies and other value-added steps for you in conjunction with injection moulding. Instead of many individual parts, you receive the finished assembly directly, saving you time and resources.

Thanks to the continuous development of our advanced technology, we can take over the entire testing process and guarantee you perfect assemblies in a short space of time. We are also happy to carry out additional operations for you, such as ultrasonic welding, orbital welding, rotary welding and pad printing.

In order to meet our own high quality standards and those of our customers, we design and build specially developed testing devices that carry out the final inspection of the products directly at the touch of a button. For example, we check the flow rate, tightness, completeness and exact position of your assemblies for you. In this way, we ensure on site that the assemblies we produce fulfil their tasks optimally and that the zero-defect principle is guaranteed right from the start.
