With over 65 injection moulding machines, 24/7 operation and in-house tool expertise, we are designed for high volumes. Series processes are automated, monitored and documented. Two independent production sites also ensure security of supply.

Metal substitution
Do you want to reduce weight, cut costs and simplify the assembly process? Then talk to us about our expertise in metal substitution.
This involves replacing metal components in your component with high-performance engineering plastics without having to compromise on function, tightness or stability. We support you from material selection and geometry adjustments through to production-ready implementation. Our experience shows that when done correctly, plastic is not only lighter, but often also more resilient than metal.

Media-carrying systems
If plastic is to seal, conduct or supply components, it needs more than just geometry. Media-conducting systems place special demands on the material and the mould.
BUK has many years of experience in the realisation of such components – whether for air, water or other substances. As early as the production stage, we pay attention to what is important later on: uniform wall thicknesses, homogeneous surfaces, reliable sealing geometries and reliable demoulding.
Materials that can do more
We process plastic types that are designed for demanding requirements – for example, high temperatures, media contact, tight tolerances or mechanical stress. High-performance plastics with a high glass fibre content are also part of our daily business – even with fill levels of up to 50%.

Two locations, one quality standard
With Eppingen and Bohmte, we manufacture at two independently operating sites – each with its own machinery, QA and well-established processes.
This not only increases our capacity, but also secures your supply even if one location should fail.
Quality that runs with you
Production alone is not enough – it also has to work. Regular shop floor management keeps production management and quality assurance closely interlinked – directly on the component, not just on the screen.


Production through to the functional component
We not only manufacture your plastic parts, we also finalise them until they are fully functional. Our production also incorporates additional processing steps, such as the integration of inserts or customised colouring. This results in components that are ready for use from the very first cycle.
